Are you tired of "As-Is"? That doesn't happen here!

All products sold through Clearance Telecom have gone through a rigorous multi-step process to ensure that they are in top working order. Not all of our products are refurbished, but we specialize in taking used equipment and fixing it up to be as close to new as possible. To give you an overview:

1. Physical Inspection: Each product we take in is examined to determine the extent of wear and damage. We determine first how much work will be needed to get the product into usable condition.
2. Operational Testing: The equipment is run through a test of it's operational functions. If any feature fails, the hardware is inspected down to the circuitry level to diagnose and replace any problematic component.
3. Aesthetics: You wouldn't want to buy a working product if it was going to be an eyesore on your desk, would you? Each product we sell is examined for visible defects to the housing and interface buttons. If necessary, the outer shell is replaced new or repainted to resemble new. Everything is cleaned and bagged.
4. Accessories: Each phone comes with a new line cord, new handset, new handset cord and packet for manuals and documentation.
5. Packaging: In addition to new bags and shrink wrap, each product is packaged in a new plain unbranded brown box. We print the product name, SKU and manufacturer part number on the box. But there are no other logos or markings included beyond the invoice.

In addition to the above steps, if a product has been stored in our warehouse for a lengthy time, we recheck the system prior to shipping. As you can see, we are very serious about making sure you get a high-quality product.
